At SafeFloor™, we demand only the best from our suppliers. That is why our product always exceeds USTC and TBA standards of 20% rubber hydrocarbon content. It is 99.9% contaminate free and contains less than 2% fines. The color fading stability is exceptional! Just take a look at the color stability chart.

Our granulated rubber is normally sized at 1 - 3mm on regular surfaces. We also have a .5 - 1.5mm (finer, smoother) size available for special installations. Rubber granules are bonded to the surface with either a rubber based urethane epoxy  or a polyurethane binder depending on what type of application it will be used for.

Application

The mixture of binder and rubber granules are toweled on your floor surface to a thickness of 1/4 inch, then smoothed. It can be applied to almost any type of surface, but it cannot go vertically.

The surface cleans easily with a hose and can be pressure washed without damage.
